Participants will be introduced to the underlying technology of Connected and Automated Vehicles (CAV), as well as validation methods for autonomous vehicles (AV) and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) based on simulation methods and road testing. Day Three: Multi-Modal and Security
Participants will be introduced to two key aspects of mobility, transportation systems and cybersecurity. The morning session will focus on providing an overview of the systems aspect of transportation, presenting methods and tools to forecast where multiple travelers, modes, actors and stakeholders interact with one another in different spatial and temporal patterns. In the afternoon, the focus will shift towards outlining methods, tools and algorithms for cybersecurity of connected autonomous vehicles. Learn more...
