Reps Stinziano and Kunze, along with Senator Hughes proclaimed OSU Motorsports Day at the Ohio Statehouse during event on April 17, 2014

In collaboration with the Ohio State Office of Energy and Environment and Ohio State's Center for Automotive Research, the Ohio State EcoCAR 2 team hosted the first ever Ohio State Student Motorsports Day at the Ohio Statehouse. The highlight of the event was Representatives Stinziano and Kunze, along with Senator Hughes proclaiming the day OSU Motorsports Day.

All Ohio State student vehicle teams, including Baja Buckeyes, Buckeye Current, EcoCAR, Formula Buckeyes and Venturi Buckeye Bullet, were on display. Members of the public, as well as Ohio General Assembly members had the opportunity to take an up close look at the vehicles and meet the talented students who design and build them.
